Hi, I'm James - a sports nutritionist and plant-based runner.

I help runners fuel smarter, get the most out of their training, and perform better.

My coaching combines my background in sport and exercise science and nutrition with over a decade of plant-based living. I translate research into practical fuelling strategies that fit your training load and lifestyle.
